Thank you for your interest in selling Carolina Clover Original Jewelry Designs. We are pleased to welcome you as a wholesale partner.  

You now have access to our site to purchase our hand stamped jewelry designs at 50% off our published retail prices for the purpose of reselling our designs. 

Here are a few partnership guidelines we require our wholesale partners to adhere to:

*Carolina Clover Original Jewelry Designs may not be resold, published, or advertised for less than our own current retail price listed on our web site or Etsy site. Please do not attempt to undersell our retail sites. Wholesale partners must sell at our retail prices or higher.

*Our Carolina Clover Original Jewelry Designs may not be sold in auction type listings. (i.e. eBay)

*Please keep your login and password confidential, let us know if your account security has been compromised.

*There is no minimum orders for our hand stamped jewelry designs, not personalized items do have a minimum order requirement.  Please see http://www.wholesalecuffs.com for our handcrafted cuff bracelet minimum orders.

*Your retail tax identification number must be submitted in the note to seller line with each wholesale order you submit, this assists in our record keeping and ensures you do not get charged tax for your order. If you are mistakenly charged tax, we will refund it back to you when your order is processed. 

*hand stamped jewelry designs can be shipped to you, or drop shipped to your customer at no additional cost. Please indicate at check out who we need to ship the item to.

*Wholesale partners will be charged upon checkout, our standard flat shipping rate of $7.00 currently, which includes required delivery confirmation.

*Personalized items may not be returned, unless a mistake is made on our behalf in which case we will pay shipping back to us and back to the customer. If an item needs repair, we will gladly repair it without fee and we will pay return shipping to the customer. We will not pay for the item to be shipped to us for repair. No refunds will be credited.

*Our orders are processed immediately and shipped out within 2 business days of receipt of the order. However, rarely, during times of extreme volume, stock and materials can fluctuate and we reserve the right to ship within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the order. We will communicate with you if we believe we will be outside of our 2 days to ship window.

*Images on CarolinaClover.com and CarolinaClover.Etsy.com may be used by our wholesale partners to promote sales where ever they market their sites (print, twitter, web, facebook, etc)

*Please keep your contact information updated so we may contact you with updates, pricing changes, shipping price changes, policy changes, and new products. Check your spam folder in case emails from us end up in the trash.

*Please contact Carolina Clover via the contact us page (which includes phone number and email) should you have any questions. We will respond promptly.

We'd like to think that our store policies are a form of communication in the way we do business, and we want you, the wholesale partner, to be completely informed when doing business with Carolina Clover. We believe customer focused service is how we can earn your return business and we are going to work for your return business with every order.
